| Fresh spinach leaves |

| Wash and thoroughly dry spinach; chop into strips approximately 1/4- x 1-inch. Place in covered container with crushed garlic and olive oil. Mix thoroughly; refrigerate 1 hour. |

| Combine 3/4 cup bread flour, salt and yeast. Add water and olive oil. Stir to make a smooth batter. Gradually add enough reamining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface for 3-4 minutes. Let dough rest approximately 20 minutes. |

| Pizza Alfredo Sauce |

| Pre-cooked chicken, cut in small pieces |

| Mozzarella cheese, grated |

| Step Four |
| Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; punch down to remove air bubbles. With wet fingers, press into greased 12 or 14-inch pizza pan. Spread alfredo sauce over crust. Evenly distribute spinach garlic mixture and chicken; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes until edge is crisp and light golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately. |
