Sun-Dried Tomato Bread
The flavors in this bread will complement a garden salad, a vegetable soup, or a fine quiche.
Makes one 1-lb. loaf

Machine Method)

7/8 cup Water
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Semolina Flour
2 cups Bread Flour

1/4 cup fresh Basil leaves
3/4 tsp. fresh Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (do not hydrate)
1 tsp. SAF Gourmet Perfect Rise Yeast

Instructions:

Place room temperature ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select Basic/White cycle, Medium crust. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading, making adjustments if necessary. When cycle is complete, remove from pan; cool on rack.
