Sun-Dried Tomato Bread
The flavors in this bread will complement a garden salad, a vegetable soup, or a fine quiche.
Makes one 1 1/2-lb. loaf (Machine Method)
1 1/4 cups Water
4 tsp. Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Semolina Flour
3 cups Bread Flour
1/3 cup fresh Basil leaves
1 tsp. fresh Garlic, minced
1/3 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (do not hydrate)
1 1/2 tsp. SAF Gourmet Perfect Rise Yeast

Instructions:
Place room temperature ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select Basic/White cycle, Medium crust. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading, making adjustments if necessary. When cycle is complete, remove from pan; cool on rack.
